Thanks, but this isn't okay and doesn't make any sense. It seems to me something else is going on aside from what they claim. How can we ever comfortably submit any hits if this is going to be the new norm? It's not right.

I think requesters are getting picky because they want their money's worth since Amazon raised prices. And with yesterday's move who's to say Amazon won't do it again?
