I wonder this too because I did both the $1 & $5. It does not say that you can not.

I completed the $1 one "Socio-Political Judgments (WARNING: This HIT may contain adult content. Worker discretion is advised.)" and when Pandaing the $7 hit, Panda Crazy turned purple indicating I am not qualified. I'm unsure if that's for everyone or just me.
