For some reason it is saying I already took this but I know I haven't. I run into this problem about once every couple of days. I cleared history/cookies. Is there any other suggestions anyone has?

Even accepting a HIT and returning it/letting it expire will give you a cap message sometimes.
Also they can give you the cap message for even doing that or completing another HIT from them or another requester with your ID on file.

Is it worth to have Hit Catcher and Hit Forker both open in the same time? is there a chance I get more hits, or gonna show the same hits in both?

They don't do the same thing, so it would be like having hit finder and hit catcher or PC and hit finder open at the same time.

edit: Unless you meant hitfinder and hit forker, then yeah it wouldn't make sense to have both open.
