I'm not on a diet
but I'm still able to look at a plate and know that it should be more than enough food

I'm still able to tell myself that I shouldn't feel hungry, and that I shoulnd't head out to the diner and get a delicious roast beef sandwich served with a side of au jus gravy



I mean, cheesus christ, look at the competition

I'm in a difficul t place right now.

I just ate a typical dinner. thin steak (it was ok) mashed potatoes, carrot slices, and green beans.

I'm still hungry, but I'm trying to tell my fat stomach that it needs to shut the hell up and stop whining.

secretly though, I'm considering heading to the diner for a roast beef dip sandwich.

my dilemma is that I'm getting kinda heavy, and I kinda don't want to give in to my hunger, since what I ate should have been enough for dinner

I've been on Prednisone because of the allergic reaction to the hornet sting and I am 100 times hungrier than usual. I will probably gain 20 lbs when I am done. Luckily today was my last dose because I am eating all day long and still hungry which is not like me. In fact I am hungry while I am typing this.

I feel good about it all now and will go forward. She said she will reach out to workers if she sees a drop in quality, the worst thing that will happen is you lose the qual. I tried to get her to join here but she said after this week she will check us out.

Boy, does that look gooddddddd! I wonder if your body is lacking some kind of nutritional intake that it needs. You mind is telling you one thing, your body another. A chat with a nutritionist might be insightful. You can almost certainly find one on Quora for nada bucks.

You could try advice like https://www.t-nation.com/supplements/thibaudeaus-simple-fat-loss-strategies . I haven't tried it but seems like a good strategy to try to prevent over eating. I'm working on losing a whole lot of weight since I got really out of shape and close to 300 pounds on my 5'6" frame. Thankfully have lost close to 60 pounds so far. So good luck.

I'm just bouncing off what @Michele said. I think I took the qual one other time and failed. We'll just have to see, I guess.
