For those who have been successful in getting in touch with someone, what email do I use to contact them to ensure I'm on "the list" that they'll "manually fix"? Please PM it to me. Okay, I spoke to Stefan Hesays his boss told him an hour or twoand we will be up and running. Mturk changed coding and it's causing the error. He assured me that my account is fully verified they need nothing from me but to wait. SO we all get an hour to two hour break and can unbunch our salty panties <3 @kryssyy

"Got through to David at amazon payments. He said his phones are blowing up this morning.

My account is completely verified, he double checked and there is nothing that I need to do, so he's not sure why the message is popping up. That's the case for every call he's taken so far. People are getting the message in error. So according to him, they are making a list to get their supervisor to go in and manually remove the "message" so that we can work again. Asked him how long, and he said it could take 24 hours, but seeing as how they are getting bombarded with calls this might get done faster."
