Haven't caught up on posts, just popping in to report a time, and you were the most recent post with the HIT tagged.

I'm sleepy, but this was easier than many of the Empirical Jury HITs I've done before. Hourly $13.11, not the best but it was easier than some.

Edit* going in, I was thinking that was a high time estimate, but I still went for it. Definitely overestimated in the title.

This one took me about 33 minutes, including a brief break, and re-reading a couple of things, while also trying my best to avoid speed-reading due to potential attention checks (sneaky, sneaky buggers...).
Should've been under 30 minutes, easily.

The A's have actually offered to buy out the land and arena so they can build a new one themselves, so I guess no one would have control over where they move except themselves

You'd think with all that gentrifying going on they'd have to be getting a decent amount of money. But I'm not a huge fan of spending public money on sports arenas anyway, the city rarely gets a return from it.

I think with Oakland they are seeing in their heads bigger money for that area IDK what they are thinking to be honest but the Warriors are over in SF soon too. I have a feeling the A's are going to the South Bay eventually....Fremont was a good plan but I don't think it was the right city.
