They really don't give a shit about Mturk. If Amazon proper was down for 1 min, they'd have an emergency team working on it to get it fixed as soon as possible lest they lose millions in sales.

For Mturk they probably have one guy searching Databases for Dummies trying to find a solution in between 5 hour lunch breaks.

mtruck is lower on the Amazon give-a-shit list than the guy who runs the unit that sells their excess pallets.
