I said the same thing all my life. Hated dark meat. Till I made that buttermilk recipe with the thighs. Realized they arent as dry as breasts. Been buying them and quarters ever since, plus like you said they're cheaper!

Thats the essential body building diet right there. Grilled chicken, broccoli, rice. Eat enough of it and lift heavy objects to get ripped.

I think when I started back in Jan I was blocked by Ben Peterson. Now I can't ever see his HITs. Not even ones I'd qualify for.

I think when I started back in Jan I was blocked by Ben Peterson. Now I can't ever see his HITs. Not even ones I'd qualify for.

If you search the forum for his hits and try to accept one, you'll get some sort of message that will indicate the block (I can't remember what it is, I've never gotten one - tbh). But it will tell you. Usually, with Peterson's HITS it's the age thing (people forget and do a HIT when they don't qualify age-wise. He's sort of a stickler for that.
