For the same reason people want to discuss Turking. We alert each other to hits and discuss different things about them to help one another. When I first started they said we had to call it "Fight Club" on the forums as a reference to the movie quote "The first rule of Fight Club is dont talk about Fight Club" I'm guessing thats why we saw a [redacted] on the forum this morning.
It is not new and every turker had a shot at it a couple years ago.... only rule is not say the name. That is all.
I think we would all love to know this. Myself included. I feel like the fat kid who didn't get picked for dodge-ball.
I mentioned it because I was excited to find out, I then clarified I could not talk about it and thought it was okay since you know we are all adults.
you guys are completely missing the whole point though. if the only rule is to not say the name, but still talk about it in general... you’re kinda underlying the rule anyways and of course people will eventually catch on
