Hello,
I am a first-time Mturk requester user. I tried to integrate Qualtrics with mTurk by using the piped text random number generator featured in Qualtrics to generate a random number and have the participants copy the random number back to mTurk.
However, as I was testing the survey myself (have not published the study yet) after I copied the random number to mTurk site, a warning box showed up saying "there was a problem submitting your results for this HIT."
More specifically, the box stated: "This HIT is still assigned to you. To try this HIT again, refresh the page. If this problem persists, you can contact the Requester for this HIT by clicking "HIT Details" above and then clicking "Contact This Requester" at the bottom of the pop-up. To return this HIT and continue working on other HITs, click the "Return" button on the top or bottom of the right side of the page."
Has anyone had the same problem? And could you please tell me how to fix it?
Thank you for your time reading this post. Any advice and suggestions will be greatly appreciated
