It's fact, not opinion.
The requester specified how to properly use it. You're creating more work for the requester as they manually review those. If someone uses it incorrectly too much, hopefully they'll just give em a block.

Hi, I just made an account here (I'm the requester for the 20 Questions HITs). For using the "irrelevant" option, there are two reasons to use it:

1. The other player is not following instructions so the questions are irrelevant.
2. The other player is asking a lot of specific questions in a way off direction and you want to hint them back to the right path. If someone asked "is it a sweet fruit?" and the subject was "rock" then you could answer irrelevant since it doesn't make sense to ask if a rock is a sweet fruit, since it is not a fruit.

I'll try to clarify this point in the directions in the future.
