I also did some massive cleaning today and am paying for it now (you are 2 weeks out from major surgery dipstick, calm down lol), so I NEED to just go rest, but there is more work up. Saving up for a new stove, maybe I'll get a double oven to really freak out @IPsoft AWS too lol

dude, so was I, but what Jenni says about roasting is true. it takes a while, but only like 5-10% of that while is you actually doing stuff. Just make sure you set yourself a timer once you've stuck stuff in the oven if you're like me and prone to wandering off and forgetting about cooking food.
