Speaking of Alexandrias, what's everyone putting for "<thing> can be <thing that thing can be>"" questions?
Like, if it were "Strippers can live in America," should I put "always" because yes, strippers CAN live in America, or do I put "sometimes" because not every stripper can live in America?

Living without hot water is hard. If one of our tenants has to go longer than 3 days we almost always issue some sort of credit. Most owners are ok with us doing that, but not completely free rent.

I get it. As a homeowner I wish I was a renter sometimes. Like when the HWH goes out, or the central air, or a roof is needed,lol.
