Probably obvious, but message the requester? I've done HITs in the past that require accessing spreadsheets, etc...and I make a habit now of messaging the requester as soon as I catch the HIT, hoping to get the link/access to the drive in time to work on it.

It's a back quote rather than an apostrophe, it's to the left of your 1 key. You just hit it with the HIT up
