probably not. trying to talk myself out of it still. would require to take at least a half day off work, and I'll be in Ashville Friday-Sun, the u2 concert that there is still tickets for is Monday.... And it would be a trip by myself, i don't have anyone to make bad decisions with me.

But I have a problem when it comes to that band. I've seen them 5 (or 6...times)
I've seen them 3 times -- all back in the 80's :grandma:

you're not helping.....LOLOL

I just saw them in DC for Jousha Tree last June...that was a birthday present my ex got me.
Then you already know how great they are. I camped out 3 days the first time I saw them at Spring Break. Then my friend was a DJ and hooked me up as "caller 1" for tickets to Achtung. Met them through Amnesty International in Houston for Pop tour, then hubby waited on the phone browsing tickets until the clock struck time for U2 and nabbed front row for Elevation I think it was. Got the current ticks for Xmas. Obviously I love them. The only band I have seen more is Metallica and that is because as the oldest chld I took my little brothers to see the bands they liked, my dad passed when we were little so I tried to do that cool stuff with them :)

:cautious: I wasn't alive yet...but my friends/family have joked I needed to be. I discovered them in 2004 and was having a rough time in life and I latched on. I've been obsessed ever since. Luckily my parents liked them and carted me around to see them in high school a few times.

Did you see them when they last came to hampton roads? that was for the original JT tour I believe.

as long as physical contact is limited to handholding and a kiss on the cheek he shouldn't have a problem :disapprove:
There is something called a FinDom. It basically entails you telling people to give you money and they do. It's a fetish to be dominated in that way I guess. It would be ideal because it often remains fully online. You never meet the person.

Yes -- once for Unforgettable Fire tour and twice for Joshua Tree tour. All three times at the Hampton Coliseum --

we can be best friends now...as i posted a little earlier... i'm at 6 times I think since 2004. No good seats though i've only ever managed nosebleeds. I'm pissed. Next tour (if there is one, it's stressing me out) i'm going to get GA tickets. NOTHING is stopping me. I'll go solo, since no one wants to stand around on the floor with me.

YES! I know someone who used to kind of do this but they also insulted them all the time as part of the job

Ohhhh, we should meet up for GA. My hubby has this weird ability. He will get on the phone an hour before the tickets drop and keep the agent stringing along. Then about 2 minutes before the ticks open he'll say something like "this website says XXXXXX is going to be in the area around XXXXX date. The agent will queue the ticks and the minute they go live we have them :) This resulted from camping for ticks a few years ago and having them sell out in 4 minutes. I was only 7th in line and still went home with nada.
