a lot places will create a shipping label as soon as they take your order and send you the tracking.....as to when they actually put your stuff in a box and give it to the PO/UPS/Fedx is an entirely different thing.....

Delivery confirmation numbers sometimes don't get scanned during transport. Even when it is scanned, it sometimes looks like it's stuck at distribution centers when it's not. 5 days of no first class delivery might make me worry though.
