I tried. After the 1st I get:

Anyone here had this happen to them. I completed a survey, received a code at the end, clicked to exit survey... then received this message "Survey not found" But I have the code to submit the hit.
I think I've seen stuff like that happen before, where after a survey it will try to redirect to a page that doesn't exist. As long as you have the code, you could just submit it in the HIT and I'm sure you'll be fine.
