kind of a random question, but is there any way you'll be able to give us feedback on our performance so that we know what we are submitting is generally correct?
Including what Yahu asked above, Im running into an issue where health and hazard options don't collapse everything else. I just submitted a hit where it was just an insect on a tile... There isn't even context for what it may be a room, somewhere else. So I just went with guestroom/general because I'm unsure what I should have done there. This is also my first time doing hotel hits so I'm also unsure if I may be making some mistake and I'd hate to be the bad person cause I did something wrong.OK we should be good to go now: https://worker.mturk.com/projects/3ZFB7PFNZ2X9M2K3Y9GOI3DQW0X93A/tasks?ref=w_pl_prvw
Please let me know if the Submit button still isn't showing...

Edit: And twice now close ups of walls with running cracks in them. No other identifiers of where it may be to even mark.
That makes sense. I'll swap to doing that then till it's clarified if we should use that system of clarification for hazards.I've been marking those as "Possibly contains health and safety hazards" and then also as "Is a close-up" The close up closes the category options.
That is fine. Thanks for the feedback! That makes sense. I'll swap to doing that then till it's clarified if we should use that system of clarification for hazards.
Yes I will look into that.kind of a random question, but is there any way you'll be able to give us feedback on our performance so that we know what we are submitting is generally correct?
Is it okay if there are no classifications on the right that are applicable? I mean, we choose the category and sub category on the bottom, but none of the things on the right if none of them apply?Yes I will look into that.
Yes - some images have no relevant checkboxesIs it okay if there are no classifications on the right that are applicable? I mean, we choose the category and sub category on the bottom, but none of the things on the right if none of them apply?
Yes, I just noticed that too. If the template is stretching the image and therefore making it blurry, please do not select that option if you notice it. I'll fix that for the next version.Another question. So in the hit, the images are... for lack of a better way to explain it, larger then they appear to be.

Thats one example. In the hit it looks blurry, but the image is also like 1.5x the size of the image on the image page. Granted the instructions say in doubt don't mark, but this blurry example(For multiple images like this one) is messing with my mind. Should I just go with the idea then unless it's horribly super massively blurry then it's an ok image? And slight blur is ok?
This change was made on purpose (sorry!) -- too many workers were just using the default option and not selecting a more granular sub-classification.Sorry one more thing. In the other hotel hits, selecting a topic on the left side automatically selects the topmost category for the right side. Is there any way you can integrate that for future batches?
ie. selecting exterior would automatically put general in the right menu
no problem! that makes senseThis change was made on purpose (sorry!) -- too many workers were just using the default option and not selecting a more granular sub-classification.
This is a test of a new HIT type and I want only folks who use this forum to participate in the early stages, so I can answer questions and take feedback. Depending on how the test goes, I may use this qual group as a starting point for any future batches.C @Cliff DesPeaux Is the current batch of HITs being reviewed and graded for a higher level qualification or is this just a regular run of HITs?
actually, I have a question related to this then. This change was made on purpose (sorry!) -- too many workers were just using the default option and not selecting a more granular sub-classification.
