It appears to be heavily desaturated, if you look at the elliptical you can see a slight hint of bluish grey and the sign on the wall looks brownish. That said, if I was doing these HITs I seriously doubt I'd see that it wasn't black and white, I only see it now cause it's stated that it's not black and white and I'm looking for it

Yeah, I see it now but that kind of scares me. Some of this seems very subjective. TO shows him mass rejecting and blocking in the past. It looks like it's been ok in the past couple of years after the name change, though.
