it's literally the hardest part of the job. people can be complete asshats to retail employees. I once had a woman start screaming, cussing, and throwing stuff because I bagged her stuff wrong? she had to be escorted from the store. it was a fun day.

Customers are ridiculous. I feel ashamed of when I was a teenager and was a total asshat to cashier/service rep people. That's why I think everyone should have to work some kind of customer service before they do anything else. Would probably also help all the ridiculous things higher ups want you to do to seem super cheerful.

yeah the "ninjas" are the people who post on the ipsoft requester account but don't post on here!
i just checked and those two batches were public & didn't have any special quals or anything, i think they just get snapped up real fast

Christmas is the worst, because literally everything shits glitter. I found some in my ear. We should be getting Christmas stuff in July, that's always festive!

I love glitter. I don't love things that shit glitter. I apply it mixed in with Mod Podge and it seals it in, still the full benefit of glitter, NONE of the mess. If I buy something that has glitter and I know it will shed it's flaky shiny lining, I use a sealer spray.

I should do an AMA in the social discussion. I'm a craft fiend.
