My guess/recommendation on why I haven't been blocked is that I use the whole scale - don't be afraid to rate people super high or super low and everywhere in between, and every second or 3rd hit I use one of the preset comment options.

it was about 2 years ago I think that he blocked me, after doing them for about 2 years. I can't remember if I used the whole scale or not honestly

Same here! I also like to write in brief comments with my own words with most of mine.

Anyone know of any quick paying penny hits. If you recall that fight with the city hall lady, welllll , my hot water heater has been leaking and they are gonna cut my water off end of day tomorrow if I don't have all the money, they won't give me an extension. Which all the other citizens can have mind you. So, I need to bust hump, they came and shut the water off to put the new water heater in. But I have to address the leak which emptied me out.

Have you contacted any local charities? Some have help for shut off notices. Also contact your local human/health resources? They usually have emergency help if you are below a certain income.

Our 1 charity is the local church, they are open Wed. Morning. I am hoping that I can get them to wait until I speak with them. They are just mad because I refused to write a writtetn apology after I already apologized in person.
