And I just realized our phones have not been working all morning. Comcast has a ginormous phone outage, and it looks like they will be down for at least 2 more hours. Yay! Peace and quiet!

Then utter freakout when people finally reach us and are hysterical that our phones weren't working for a few hours. Wonder what massive emergency is happening in tenant-land we don't know anything about rn?
