Understandable. I couldn't imagine doing it full time, I just do it for the side -- so I feel weird on days when I take off, time feels empty. I also think not coming to this forum would be odd. And it's only bee a year of doing it for me.
Yeah, the forum is one thing that I would not be able to give up easily. I've been hanging around these forums for more than 5 years now, so I've grown very used to having them around. And since I moved out here last year my rl social life has been non-existent, so I've grown even more dependent on the forums for social interaction than I already was.

Do any of you guys think about how you'll feel if you don't have to turk anymore? like..after it's become such a habit?
I have been doing this as part of my income for 13 years now, going on 14 real soon. It's no more a habit to me than any other job. I would be sad without it though as it does make up a nice 15-20% of my income most months and the aspects I love about it are hard to find elsewhere.

I think I would actually cry if I had to give up the forum for some reason.

Once I pay off my huge credit card, I won't *need* to turk to make ends meet, but I'm moving on to building my savings and paying off my car much quicker than the loan. It was so helpful the past year when I needed it to make ends meet and have a tiny bit of fun on the side to get through grief.
When I was just doing it for fun stuff, I had an easier time doing it and not hating it. Somehow having to do it for bills made it infinitely worse.

I just bought an electric cabinet smoker that uses chips from Aldi for $100....way easier and less hands on...still gets good smoke flavor into things and clean up is a breeze....
My brother has an electric cabinet-style one too. He got it from our grandparents for Christmas, so I don't know how much it was, but I loooove using it.

they really are set it and forget it. you're getting basically the same flavor as a pellet/wood smoker, but you dont have to open it like every hour to spritz and stuff. uses way less chips too since you just start with them too

Me, too, but I must be blind, because after I reviewed the 2 pages, I don't see a link for the next part.
sc

I emailed and she said click on the link in the original HIT

I'm going to have to pull the trigger. Maybe I'll check Aldi out.
I love Aldi. There are a few own brand items I don't care for. But overall, I  them a lot.

I'm dizzy, nauseated, and it feels like someone is drilling into my nasal cavity just below my right eyeball.

I may go back to bed.
You feel the same way I do it seems.
Are you hungover, experiencing a sinus infection, or both?
