That doesn't work in my neighborhood-ghettoville...Police aren't helpful here either- Camera and a weapon is my best defense- I have very big viscous dogs..and flood lights..That didn't stop them from stealing a lawn mower in my yard..jumping the fence-to which they could've been killed by my dogs- they took the risk- lots of drug addicts here-..and nothing like that will stop a neighbor from yelling derogatory things- Having that on camera will be helpful in case anything happens-

I'm a little late to the convo I know but...won't help with audio but because I could get it in camo to hide it and to save a little $ I put a wildlife cam out as one of my dealies.

I went outside and asked them to be quieter. Grandma gave me a dirty look and totally ignored my request for politeness. I noticed they have a pile of full water bottles near the pool...we're talking about 20 of them. The large sized ones too. Why do 3 kids need 20 bottles of water unless they're planning on moving into the pool for the next 2 weeks?

I understand. I used to live hood adjacent in Houston. not to the fifth ward, but still an undesirable area. At the end there were times I had to have the kids hit the floor because shots rang out. When the Queen Anne style house down the street procured a marquee sign and announced movie viewing inside for 4 bucks a ticket, showing movies they had rented from Blockbuster, I knew I had arrived,lol.
