add it to stuff (salad dressing, to make peanut sauce - it's good on a lot of things)

I found fasting easier when I'm on keto- I don't get hungry at all and can go a long time without eating. It is great for you, I try to do it as many days a week as I can- the IF- I feel so much more energy

I'm more whole foods. I don't limit the carbs, but i don't eat a lot of them. Cutting out all the sugar is def helpful.

I like if a lot. I generally feel better when doing it.
