@kopete When you get a second, hubby says he had an email to do your newest hit, (which says he's on the naughty list) but isn't qualified. The hit says a qual of slow or freq disconnects is 0, he has a none next to it. He's pressed request qual but still can't do them.

I don't know if you got it yet, but he sent out an email saying there's a bug and that nobody can work on his hits. He's working on it and will email when it's fixed.

The key is a clicker and treats for positive reinforcement. Kennel if they misbehave.
