any of the admins or Johnny aware this is happening or why it might be?

This is something that's out of our control. I'm not sure what exactly that script looks for in the HIT exports, but I believe it just checks the code for a place to insert those buttons. We don't do anything on the forum to help make that work (nothing has changed anyway.) So that's more of a @Johnnyrs issue. It doesn't look like he has logged on the forum in a few months, though.

I'm not sure. To be honest, I haven't noticed that particular issue myself. There are occasionally instances where they might not load here or on mturk, but I can always solve that by refreshing the page. I've never thought much of it, really.
