My SurveyComet team sucks. We are next to last. On my personal, I'm 258 out of 1023, not great either. I've been doing these for weeks and still don't see how the team comes into play. I just go in and make my 3 forecasts and then place a bet. I have never interacted with my "team" other than checking their rankings. What am I missing here?

I still remember an employee orientation seminar back when I started a corporate job. We divided into teams and competed against each other running pretend companies like the real one to learn more about everything. The instructor made the mistake of telling us that the first place team and last place team would receive prizes. Toward the end when we knew we wouldn't make first place, I convinced everyone on my team to burn the business to the ground so we'd be in last place and win a prize, and that's exactly what we did.

Yeah, we'll see. I've been wanting to make some adjustments for some time anyway, since Crowd Pleaser has become purely a popularity contest. The intent for that award was that it always be for people that are actually helpful and encourage a productive atmosphere here, rather than who has the most friends or who tells the best jokes.

So, yeah. We'll see what we can come up with. And when we get some ideas, maybe we can pitch them to the community and see what everyone else thinks.
