Could go the route of roleplaying game for it. Have people dress up like characters from the movies and someone dress up like Jason and stalk them at the party. Sounds like something 13 year olds would really enjoy.

I realized that the burnout has been hitting me and that it's time for me to start booking craft shows again. I have only done one in the past 9 months because my wife turns into a complete basket case when she has to watch our toddler for more than a few hours, but I seriously have to do something to make myself less reliant on turking for coin. The stress that it brings is a living hell, and I can only imagine how some of you who rely on it for a sole source of income must feel.

Advice: If you have any fucking creativity at all and can make ANYTHING then do it and find a flea market or craft show to sell it in. There is a market for everything and you would be beyond amazed how much you can make at one of those shows in a single day or weekend.

Amazon, Etsy(can be a bit pricey to list), Ebay, FB marketplace- Offerup etc also to sell your crafts-

break it into chunks. Spot check throughout the day. You may be surprised and catch a few decent jobs that way. Do that for a while and see if the fatigue wears off. The burnout is real these days.

Yeah. Break up the work, and if the work isn't there, don't try to push the river. Give yourself the space to take breaks, and come back to it periodically. Small incremental gains throughout the day makes for a workable amount in the end.
