It's about 1300 square feet but that doesn't factor in that fully finished basement and there is a loft room with vaulted ceilings through most of my living room.

To clarify..where I live power and water is on the same bill so it's actually about 270 for power and 130 for water.

We also have had weather where it's 100 degrees every damn day.
