The portions are big (I was not hungry between meals), the calories are low and the food is delicious - I was able to find a coupon (on retailmenot) for my first one, but I liked it so much I'm doing it again next week. Takes away some of the decision making and willpower stress if you need a break.

I did add an egg to a couple of breakfasts though and a halibut fillet for one dinner salad. Nice to see what it 'feels like' eating a different way.
I've been vegetarian for about 35 years?
I mean I have plenty of meals that are meat-less, I just don't think I could give up meat like forever.... I have cut WAY back on red meat, but I have this thing for shrimp/fish/chicken that I could never see myself giving up.I've been vegetarian for about 35 years?
I'm not advocating giving up meat (well, now, it's a good thing of course
But I did want to say that vegetarians don't give up meat as much as you add different dishes (that's what I did). It's like when I stopped buying cheese (we still eat it out - and sometimes on pizza). But we just added other dishes here at home that we like.
