Probably better to avoid it. I love it there and I'll always consider it home, but it's so ridiculously expensive now. Everyone is being priced out of the cities, so they're flooding into places like the Central Valley, causing housing/rent costs to skyrocket in places that are way out in the boonies. It's just not worth it anymore, IMO.ugh I want to live there so bad. That's where my boyfriend grew up and he's always wanted to go back. Maybe one day...
I actually like it a lot! I’ve lived in NY, SC, GA, FL (screw you disney college internship), and VA, and I had some severe adjustment issues when I first got here, but honestly Matt and I are pretty happy. It’s a good mix of what we both like.

wait, what's the debate?Forum debates are starting early today
that sucks he's told me a million stories about living there and it sounds so nice. I dunno, I kind of want to move away from small towns where just about everyone knows you or knows someone who knows you. I think that definitely contributes to my social anxiety lolProbably better to avoid it. I love it there and I'll always consider it home, but it's so ridiculously expensive now. I also live in the Cali boonies tho, so I’m far removed from the way more expensive/more crazy areas lol.
It's 100 here today..index of 115...I hate life.
Joe, can I ask what computer system you have?
Today was supposed to be my first day back full time turking, but the storm last night killed my router and fried the ethernet ports in both of my computers. Is this a sign from the mtruk gods?

We don't have much in the way of traffic here. Matt's commute to work isn't bad at all.He actually enjoys it on his motorcycle. It really depends what part of the state you're in. I have to drive like 45 minutes to hit actual freeway traffic and even then, I've never had anything too terrible outside of when I was driving around LA and San Fran. Living in the mountains/desert has its perksHAHAHA, YES.
