Yeah, I think the only physical book I've read in years is Jaded @Jaded's
I prefer physical books for like long series and stuff still. Also, a lot of the sci-fi/fantasy stuff that I read tends to have maps and glossaries and such on the inside covers, and I always like to reference stuff like that while I'm reading, which is way easier with a physical book than a Kindle. Also, I just think there's something cozy and inviting about a room full of books, so I will sometimes make it a point to buy whole sets with the intention that they're for decoration as much as for reading. But generally, with one-off books or things that I really wouldn't see myself ever reading more than once, I'll just get it on Kindle now. It's too convenient.

Would you say you have many leather bound books, and your apartment smells of rich mahogany?

:p

Honestly though, the convenience pretty much outweighs anything else for me. Don't have to worry about losing your place, can read in bed without the light on, etc. I can see wanting an actual book for any illustrations, but my bookshelf has mainly become a random knick knacks shelf with books behind them.

I don't know yet how to post HITs, but I just did a Wharton school one that is still up for .10 for 25 minutes and got over $8 bonus. "Study on Decision Making." Still up there folks if you are interested. Fun, too.

Yes, I love that I can read with the light off. I also love that it tells me how many minutes are left in a chapter. It's really convenient when it's like 3 am and I think I might want to read one more chapter, but I don't want to have to flip through a million pages to see if it's something that I'm going to end up regretting.
