You need to be careful with edibles because it's hard to know how to dose. You're fine one moment and so you keep eating gummies, and then next it kicks in and you're couch locked and petting your arm amazed at how soft human skin is.

Go easy with them at first, edibles can knock you out.

Plus, the time it takes to actually "kick in" is longer than expected. I usually say, take one and then, puff or vape, to tide you over until it works. Otherwise people just keep eating them until they feel something. Then the other 6 kick in an hour later.

Eat them after, or with, a slightly higher fat meal, to get your body processing fats. Should be at least an hour before you have any effects. So if you eat them after dinner then make your way to your room, you should be fine.

I think they say you eat about a pound of dirt over the course of a year. I like to eat mine all at once, on New Year's day, just to get it over with early.
