How does a turker use TurkPrime? Isn't it a researcher tool for requesters?

If a requester runs a study using Turk Prime, and if the platform happens to be having issues, it affects how the survey loads for us. So, sometimes, we'll get a Turk Prime error. We're sort of using the platform indirectly. Does that make sense? I'm sure someone else probably has a much better explanation.

This one did not give me a code and I submitted with my ID and was going to message the requester and for the first time ever it said it was NOT successfully submitted. It is not in my queue or listed in my completed surveys but the total was added to my projected earnings. ?
