Is it the state qual? If so, are you sure Amazon has that state listed for you?

yes...my AMZ account is NC based....always has been...

but of course the req is too [mod edit] to actually use that and just asks you whether you live in NC or VA

I'm not sure they can tell unless they put the state qual. If it was instant it was probably an accident

no code at the end...rejected another person with different reason....tried to reopen it to get the IRB info and now it says "survey closed"
so maybe they figured out it's borked or maybe they are just inept all around? lol
