If I had more skills I would have made something like that, but instead I made a giant skillet of ground pork, potatoes, onion, and garlic. Really good and easy and I'll have leftovers for several days since it's just me eating it.

I made New York Strip on the grill, baked yukon gold potatoes, brussel sprouts, and fresh green beans.

no skill needed for meatloaf, pretty simple and super easy to do

That giant skillet I made was dirt cheap, like 6 meals for around $3.

1.25 lbs of ground pork that I bought for $1.79 a pound
5 potatoes that were in a 5lb bag for 88 cents
One yellow onion at 69 cents a pound
Little bit of minced garlic and salt & pepper

@Jakey would be proud of me!
