seriously i have had a bad run with missing seasoning packets in my top ramen, like 2 out of every 8 pack, someone is sleeping on the job, but what do you expect when they make 33 cents an hour

quick question that has nothing to do with me: what do yall eat when youre broke af?

I'm a big proponent of the 3.3 cent breakfast... Kurt Saxon wrote an excellent article about it back in the 70s. In todays economy I still pull an incredibly nutritious meal using the exact same method for about 23 cents a day. If needed I'll do that for 2 meals a day. The baby greens give you a big burst of clean energy that burns solid for a good portion of the day. I'll fill in the rest of my calories for the day with some eggs and a whole food oatmeal. All very cheap, all good for you.

McDonald's mcdouble and mcchicken combined into a single sandwich called a mcgangbang costs about 2.70 and is bigger than a big mac. Fries are expensive as hell in comparison though, which is odd.

Potatoes? I remember listening to a Joe Rogan podcast where Kevin Smith (Silent Bob) lost a shitload of weight eating nothing but potatoes and still got all the nutrition he needed.
