Wouldn't mind a decent batch today... Went on an N scale locomotive buying binge yesterday and bought three..and there's still a few more I want to get. I imagine something nice will pop right around the time it's supposed to storm here later on.

Did a $3.50 survey this morning so that's a nice start.

apparently the 3 other units on my side of the building all drain into my kitchen pipes, and 2 of the other 3 are clogged, which is why my kitchen keeps getting covered in their nasty food/grease water. maintenance guy is coming today to snake all the pipes. he's also going to tear out the bottom half of the wall, let the studs dry, and see what other damage there is with the mold.

Most of the time no, if something massive has to be done like a water pump, yes but most of the time it's not bad.
