Did you talk to a manager? If you talk to a manager and have a good history (or a pretty good history at least) they might do it. Throwing in a good 'ol "I really don't want to change banks to [insert bank name here] but everyone keeps telling me to, and this experience is really pushing me in that direction."

I may or may not know that this works from personal experience.

Trying out hitforker today. The panda buttons that auto add to PC are freaking nice. Forgot that’s how it was for years before copy/paste that I’ve been doing with HF (not wanting to switch to hit catcher.

mine was constantly going out and the modem they provided went out within 3 months (twice) and they kept blaming it on me and it was just a huge hassle. But they were the only providers in the area so I didn't really have a choice.
