Alright, I just entered my worker ID as my code and sent them a message, too. I've never had to do that before, so hopefully it all works out!

Thanks for letting us know - we did indeed have an issue with the survey not providing a code at the end, thanks for letting us know! Our apologies for that. However, early in the survey we asked you to enter your MTurk ID, so we will still be able to give you compensation with that. Entering in your MTurk ID as the code also works!
