The summer is almost over and it is once again time for some MTC Fantasy Football.
Winner receives a fancy title banner to wear proudly on Mturk and bragging rights!

Previous Champions include @PeachyRider and the defending champ @Mikeyyyyy !

Standard PPR league. 6 playoff spots. 12 teams on a first come first basis (the sign up link will be below).
It's ran on Yahoo so you will need a Yahoo account.

WE WILL HOLD A LIVE DRAFT ON MONDAY, AUGUST 20TH AT 9PM EST / 6PM PST!
(if you are not present, the computer will select your players)
(I will tag all participants in the daily thread 15 minutes before draft goes live)

I set a live draft and made it at a time when no work should be up on mturk, so I hope theres no complaining

Made a dumb mistake. Wanted to log into the league, but clicked the link above and joined the league on another account and I cant delete it because Im commissioner.

Soooo I guess ill just let the computer auto draft for that team and whoever goes up against 'dumb dumb mistake' will be facing a computer opponent that week

Changed "Dumb Dumb Mistake" to "AI" and added a nice little robot picture so that
everyone knows they are facing the computer any week they face off against him.

Lets hope this fucker doesnt destroy us and become champ

@jklmnop YES PLEASE JOIN It wont let us draft unless you have an even number of participants so we need 1 more

FF is not hard theres a massive amount of luck involved to this as well as skill. Guys get injured all the time, randoms rise up the ranks, the "trusted" picks fall short sometimes. Its not impossible for someone whos playing for the first time to get to the playoffs and win the entire thing. The draft displays the best players in a 1,2,3,4,5, etc. format. You have to fill a roster of offensive guys QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, K AND pick 1 DEF to rock with during the season. Make sure you draft a DEF and Kicker in the late rounds so you can spend your early round picks getting the good stuff (RB, WR, QB. )

I'd do that also. I like Graham on the Packers personally. He makes it easy to throw to the TE, Russell Wilson didn't throw to the TE a lot before he got to Seattle. Kittle has a big ol upside too. So I'm fine with keeping either. Ill send the brady gordon, jimmy g gurley over
