I've been practicing urge surfing (lol at the name) and imagining that whenever I want to buy/eat junk/drink something that my brain is my 4 year old is asking for me candy at the store - which works surprisingly well

then a yellow box appeared and told me I already completed it but it was still in my queue

sent a message to requester, and had to employ the 'it's broke' button
