Whether or not it is, it has to change. If it is a disability and she needs an accommodation she needs to disclose so I can work with that. If it is and she doesn't disclose then I have to treat her like everyone else and hold to the same standards. I can't work with what I don't know about.

Because virtually NO ONE we work with would have a clue who she was talking about. Mom goes by her first name. Not even sure most people know her last name?

And no, the last name isn't less prone to mispronunciation. The first name isn't prone to it, either. She just cannot seem to remember it. There are only two syllables, lol. My name has more syllables and she nails it every time lol.

I'm currently waiting for a partner. This whole matching thing is annoying. I hope there's still some kind of compensation if I don't get matched, sense I banished my kids to a bedroom and everything.
