Okay! Well that's some comfort. But I hate to lose all the info I have about who's done how many HITs for me in the past, since I don't check results from regulars as carefully, since i trust you all.

Good for you, and if you have 150 hits performed and approved post qualification batch then I solute you. All of my qual hits approved as well. But I am secure in my caliber of work, never did I state that I am error proof. I personally have an issue with a requester not sharing how a hit I got a rejection for was in error. I don't think anyone would feel secure doing tons of work in those conditions. I also think that down playing others concerns with a requester just because you personally have not had that experience yet is short sited. Yes, I saw she would reject, but I passed all my qual hits and performed the batch the same way. I can't correct something if I don't know what to correct. I'm not trying to scare her away, but obviously more than one of us did something incorrect. Reaching out and asking to help clarify some things so we can do the hits well, and not get a rejection is in everyone's interest. I have never passed a qual and then been dinged later on. So clearly, the directions weren't enough for some of us lowly types. We should all be so perfect.

Regarding diplomacy, a friend taught me that starting a suggestion with "I read somewhere..." i.e. "I read somewhere that requesters can end up scaring away their worker base with too many initial rejections." can soften an implied criticism and make the criticized feel less defensive.

I don't think it would be at all inappropriate to send an email about this, but I've done similar things, trying to explain obvious facts to people, and have often ended up very frustrated when they can't see my faultless logic!

Right, I think if she is going to be around for a while with the project that it is only advantagous for it to go smoothly. I don't want to attack, but I see it going much better if everyone is aware where the disconnect is. I got 1 rejection but some others got quite a lot of them. It is in my interest for her to continue onward,

A few people posted IRB information and emailed her superiors. I'm an uninvolved party but I am curious to know if anything came of that? Sorry you're dealing with rejections I got a blatantly undeserved one this week, too, and I imagine I'll still be sour about it for the next 45 days until it drops off of my Dashboard.

I didn't do all that, I simply tried to get her to share what the common mistakes are that she is finding, perhaps to drop in the requester thread and open a line of dialogue with us, gave her the link to TO so she could monitor worker perceptions of their interactions should she want to see that. I really tried to be as diplomatic as one could possibly be. I don't know anything about the others and who they contacted. I cam asking if anyone had a great experience for my own knowledge, people don't tend to post those as much. And I am sorry about your rejection, I probably did something wrong on the one that wasn't approved, but it sounds like you got screwed.

Hi, I have a question! With the hit-finding techniques you guys use, if you're searching for HITs we post, are you searching just "IPsoft" or for the whole requester name?

I ask because they set up me and @IPsoft AWS too with a new separate account from the ninjas, but I'm slightly worried we'll be harder to find for our regulars, if I post part 2 of the task from yesterday under the new account. (And that I will get more bad workers because of that...)

on panda crazy I search..IPS...u need at least three letters. I can also set up a search just for your requester name...
