Yea I've been thinking about working on that for 2 days but I'm going pretty safe right now as I'm trying to get myself back to 99.9% approval after nearly 18 months of trying.

300+ mass rejection from Chios Systems completely wrecked my face off.

I'm still at 99.9200 won't hurt to much if they get rejected. I done 200 on 8/2 they all approved.

That's where we're looking at now. Trying to find a 2b/1b for around $800-$900 a month. Would DEFINITELY NOT prefer another apartment. First time living in one & hoping it's my last. In Florida, i had the choice of duplex, condos, townhomes, which was very nice. I loved my condo. Never heard a neighbor ever (thanks to the building code & thick layer of concrete).
