Did this for what seemed like forever and just kept selecting pictures in which I was lead to believe was a trial. Then I saw ctrl q to quit so I thought it was taking me to the true part of the survey and questionnaires and it didn't it just gave me the code. Did you have this issue? Ctrl+Q is to exit out of inquisit.
You didn't finish it and if you retry you'll most likely have to start from the beginning.
