That's odd. No, it did not do anything like that for me. Just took a few minutes to load everything.

I am stumped on this. Is it just Chrome doing it?

I think my Chrome has the flu or something b/c it's messing up all kinds of things for me lately (I believe). I might do a fresh install.

Hmmmn, I would honestly try Firefox or another browser to compare if it's doing it or not. I wish I could be of more help

No worries! A third restart seems to have fixed the issue. Luckily restarting my computer takes like 2 seconds b/c SSD. I have been using Firefox to do hits and Chrome to run scripts and that seems to be fixing it, but longterm if I ever figure it out, I'll make a post about it or something in case someone else has a chronically ill Chrome browser.

Maybe silly question, but have you tried backing up your stuff and then running C-Cleaner and clearing out Chrome?

I might be mis-remembering, but last week I think he started with Masters batches, and later in the day added non-masters batches.

I'm not sure, I just sort of remember thinking part way through my day "huh, I thought these were masters yesterday" and then doing 8 hours of Noah.
