Well, none of that reset it. I'm still getting a "you can only have one open at a time" error when there is only one in my queue. I tried the method @Sciency McScienceface posted, too, and that didn't seem to kick it. Anyone have any other possibilities?

By doing lots of, and varied HITs while keeping your numbers up.
If you want more info, try the forum search but, all of the info on how to get it is just conjecture.

back from taking kiddo to the dr...he does have croup. Although you couldn't tell that immediately from watching him run around the waiting room like a banshee. How's it been here?

also I suggested Get Shorty and they accepted and I got the highest score possible for that round
