after the departure of original lead vocalist/keyboards and overall great hair Steve Walsh and the introduction of new singer and all around good guy John Elefante, the band only had one really big hit in 1983 with "Everybody's My Friend"

the band would not get it's powerhouse sound and savvy back until rock guitar god Steve Morse< highly and criminally underrated and Steve Walsh would rejoin the band in 1985... the rest is history

also Steve Walsh did go on to make two really good solo albums with his band Streets, too bad they did not get enough air play, but this song filled the radio waves of 1983... ah the memories of the summer of 1983
